WHAT’S INCLUDED:
STAY: Five nights and six days in excellent, four-star hotel accommodations on the infamous Left Bank. Select single or double occupancy. Beautifully decorated with antiques this hotel ticks all the “Parisienne Farmgirl” boxes. Need to rest your feet? There’s a beautiful courtyard with a wine bar where you and your friends can recount the day’s adventures. A full breakfast is served daily; each room has its own bathroom and a minibar. There is also an elevator (for those bags full of flea market loot) and air conditioning.
MERCH: ’Paris with Angela’ coffee mug shipped to you with receipt of your deposit so every day before the trip you can be reminded - You’re going to Paris!
TRANSPORTATION: Transportation to and from Charles de Gaulle and the hotel on the arrival and departure dates of the tour will be arranged and provided by my personal driver*. Ten metro passes will be provided for transportation throughout the city and a complete Metro lesson with Angela will teach you how to navigate the rails and bus lines with confidence. Up to 5 group Uber rides will be provided within the city limits as well.

FLEA MARKETS GALORE! Enjoy three different flea market tours with Angela. Flea Market #1 is a small neighborhood brocante with extremely reasonable prices. Angela will introduce you to her favorite vendors where you’ll enjoy service and great deals. Flea Market #2 is a weekend market held for over 100 years. Source hundreds of booths for the perfect treasures. Flea Market #3 is like nothing you’ve encountered before; a literal town of flea markets on the outskirts of Paris. Find everything from vinyl to furniture. Angela will offer assistance with translation, opinions on prices, etiquette, negotiations, etc. She’ll introduce you to her favorite vendors who will accommodate you with a friendly experience and you can enjoy exclusive discounts on antiques and artwork.
ANGELA’S PRIVATE RECOMMENDATIONS: Enjoy exclusive access to a website custom-made for the trip. This site will have the names and addresses of Angela’s favorite shops and recommendations within the city from incredible tea shops to her favorite place to buy a new pair of blue jeans. You’ll also have access to shop Angela’s Amazon cart full of suggestions for a convenient travel experience.
À LA CARTE EXCUSIONS: While not included in the price of the trip if you’d like to enjoy additional adventures with Angela you’ll be able to choose from a list of à la carte items like Giverny, Versailles, and more. Of course, these locations can be enjoyed on your own and Angela can advise during your travel agent call.
DINING: One bistro dinner with Angela and the group (2 glasses of wine, entré, dinner, dessert), one evening dinner boat cruise with live music, a five-course meal, and spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower, and a full breakfast is included every morning at the hotel.
PREP: Pre-trip Zoom call, meet the group, ask questions (Currency, maps, cultural differences, and more will be covered!), and up to a one-hour "travel agent" call with Angela to help you plan your free time in Paris. You will be required to check a box stating that you have read all the information concerning this trip before submitting payment.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY: $6495.00

A deposit made via credit or debit of $520 is required to secure your place on this trip. $500 of this goes towards your balance. Further payments can be made via Venmo or Zelle. See further information below.
PAYMENT FORMS:
A $500 deposit is required to secure your booking. Payments can be made in the installment value of your choice between May 1, 2024, and January 15th, 2025. Payments can be made via Zelle and Venmo. With regret, PayPal is not accepted. Angela Reed, Paris with Angela, and Parisienne Farmgirl are not responsible for any errors made when sending your payments. (IE: You type in the incorrect Venmo handle and send it to the wrong person).
We understand the desire to earn miles or points so payments can be conveniently made via Credit or Debit card with a 4% fee. A payment link will be provided upon request.
GUESTS:
Each tour accommodates a minimum of four guests and a maximum of eight guests to ensure an intimate experience.
Paris with Angela Tours reserves the right to overbook by two guests to account for unforeseen cancellations. While highly unlikely, if no cancellations occur, the group may exceed ten guests, for which we are not held responsible.
Spouses are required to pay the full amount even if they choose to opt out of some activities. No exceptions. If your spouse is accompanying you, two packages must be purchased, as hotel accommodations have been secured for a total of eight guests.
AIRFARE AND TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Airfare is not included but recommendations can be made.
A link to travel insurance will be provided to purchase at your own expense.
VARIANCES:
Children under the age of 16 are not permitted on our itineraries. There are no exceptions. However, if you require a family room for accompanying family members who will be enjoying the city with their own itinerary, please notify Angela at the time of booking. This will allow us to contact the hotel and arrange for larger or additional rooms. Please note that availability is not guaranteed, as the hotel often sells out. Therefore, it is essential to mention this requirement when booking, not at a later date.
TRANSPORTATION:
If you choose to extend your trip by arriving before or staying later I can provide you with my driver’s information or I can make the booking for you but the cost will be your responsibility.
Ten city limits metro/bus tickets will be provided. Further metro/bus tickets can be easily purchased at kiosks throughout the city. Paris with Angela/Parisienne Farmgirl/Angela Reed is not responsible for lost metro tickets.
The opportunity to use an Uber as a group (typically two cars will be required) is included in your trip. These drives are reserved for special occasions such as traveling to the dinner boat cruise together in our ‘formal attire’ or traveling home from the flea market together if we are loaded with purchases. (See itinerary) Individual Ubers are not included and if there is a moment when you don’t feel like walking or using the metro, installing the Uber app is highly recommended.
EXTENDED STAYS:
Angela can also provide you with an exclusive hotel rate and we can arrange a custom invoice to attach extra days to your trip payments.
MOBILITY:
Regrettably, this trip cannot accommodate individuals with mobility issues. Although Paris is charming, it is also a bustling metropolis with crowded metros, numerous stairs, and considerable walking. Participants must be able to walk up to three miles and manage up to 8 flights of stairs over the course of a day (not at once). While the tour does not necessarily involve this much activity daily, this level of endurance is recommended.
THE HOTEL:
Your room includes a safe for your belongings and while check in is at 3 pm, the hotel will hold your bags for you for the morning and afternoon.
Upon check-in, you will need to submit a credit card to cover mini-bar purchases, etc.
If you have a late night, please note that the hotel doors lock at 11pm and you will need to be buzzed in.
STAYING IN TOUCH DURING YOUR STAY:
You are required to accept an invitation to the Life 360 app the day before the trip. This allows you to see where Angela is in the city and visa versa making it easier to coordinate any help you may need.
You also are required to download What’s App as even with international cellular plans and SIM cards communication can fail. What’s App is a reliable way for us all to stay in contact within the city concerning itinerary fluctuations and points of contact. A running group text will exist during your stay. Given that international travel requires an element of fluidity, it is your responsibility to keep in touch with this text resource via What’s App as this is where any last-minute changes/information will be announced.
GEOPOLITICAL:
The balance for the April trip is due by January 15th, 2025. No exceptions. Failure to pay the balance by this date will forfeit your place on the trip, and any payments made are non-refundable.
Due to ‘acts of God’ and unforeseen global circumstances, we highly recommend purchasing transferable and refundable airfare, as well as travel insurance. If any unforeseen events (such as lockdowns or geopolitical situations) cause the trip to be
postponed, your spot will be held until the next scheduled trip. You may not personally postpone and apply payments to a future trip; this option is only available if Paris with Angela Tours cancels the trip for the aforementioned reasons.
The trip will only be canceled due to world conflicts or tensions in France if the U.S. State Department advises against travel to France.
MEDICAL ATTENTION:
Medical care during the trip is the attendee's responsibility. For your convenience and safety, a list of the finest English-speaking medical centers will be provided for your reference during the trip. There is a pharmacy across the street from the hotel as well.
CURRENCY:
Angela Reed, Parisienne Farmgirl, and the Old World Design Society are not responsible for currency fluctuations. The US Dollar is expected to rise by 3.77% against the Euro by the end of 2024, as the EUR/USD rate is expected to reach $ 1.128125.
LIABILITY/NO RESPONSIBILITY:
Angela Reed, Parisienne Farmgirl, the Old World Design Society, employees, and those assisting with the trip are not responsible for airline delays, damages, injuries, unforeseen circumstances, lockdowns, strikes, etc. A no-responsibility disclaimer will be provided and must be signed before your balance is paid in full.
FOOD ALLERGIES:
Furthermore, we cannot accommodate severe food allergies on this trip. Guests with severe food allergies will need to take personal responsibility, as our dining locations are not vetted for specific dietary restrictions.
