Brass handles, minor wear. These pans are vintage, re-tinned, and safe for use, but they do show the natural wear of vintage copper. You will see variations in the tinning, but there is no copper showing, and they are safe for use. I have cleaned them with tomato sauce for those of you wishing no chemicals on your products, but they will clean up even more with Bar Keepers Friend.
